Needle extension feature, providing the physician with precision control of the needle extension into tissue
Tactile and Auditory Feedback
A molded spring-ball feature sprung against grooves inside the rotating knob (grooves not visible) provides clicking feedback on how far the needle has been extended.
Animation showing the spring-loaded “dither” function, allowing tissue collection in the typical in/out motion without moving the outer sheath of the needle. This provides improved stability and precision at the biopsy site.
